I was given the option to wait for the orher vehicle to accept liability, or I mitigate my own damages with my personal insurance.I was assisted with getting a rental, paying my deductible and later my insurance would ask the other drivers insurance for reinbursement. They answered the phone the first day he who answered had such a strong accent it was hard to understand. They called me back seven days later saying they wouldn't take the case with no explanation as to why. She literally said I don't know why. Another firm took the case ther won me six figures. Go elsewhere.
