I was looking for a good trust attorney and came across Samantha Amato's law office. She was very prompt in answering my call and completed my revocable trust in a timely and competent manner. She was very friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I had very specific details that I wanted in my trust, and she accommodated my needs and included them in the trust according to the law. We moved to Nevada in 2017 and a friend advised that we have our Family Trust reviewed. Fortunately we contacted Samantha, whose careful review of our trust and explanation of the provisions gave us the understand we needed to update the trust to reflect our true intentions. For example, we were not aware that the wording of our prior trust would have restricted the percentage of assets available to the surviving spouse once one of us died. Samantha was my lawyer for my United States Naturalization process in 2018. I chose her because of her recommendations.
Samantha is extremely thorough, meticulous and efficient in her work. No stone is left un-turned in preparation. She will put you through a tough mock interview to prepare for the real event. My citizenship ceremony took place in January 2019. I am grateful for all her hard work and for making a complicated process less daunting.
