I see all of the these good reviews and wonder what kind biases/prejudices they have against my family. My mom and aunt have had to do a lot of the foot work on their case and anything they didn't do, just didn't get done. Rader also kept "losing" documents and couldn't be bothered to keep in communication with them. It's frustrating and sad to see. He sure didn't do his best with the estate. He didn't work to do what was best for my mom and aunt. Really, we would never recommend this place for anyone except maybe if they were a certain type of person that would normally be catered to. (If you know, you know.) We finally had our last court date he didn't show or join by call or have a representative. *** I appreciate the response and I like that even though you are not biased or prejudice you knew exactly who I was talking about. I appreciate that. The biggest thing is communication and it was greatly lacking. I'm glad that we're an exception to the rule of people that happily worked with your company. I still stand by my opinion which I'm allowed to do. I never said that your company was racist or anything like that. I just think that the company is not the best for people like my family which is why I wrote my post. People like my best friend's family would probably have the best experience you guys. My uncle's wife's family did and that's how we ended up with you. They are different types of people than my mom and aunt. People that are similar to us will read this and know. Thank you for the help that you have given us. Best regards. ***Update 05/28/24*** Just updating because it's been about a year since my last review. The communication is the same. Virtually non-existent. Receptionists continue to say we'll be called back but nothing. My family stopped by the office a couple times, still no updates. We're respectful and polite when we call and go into the office. Never being rude or rowdy. I don't know what makes you worth their time but it certainly isn't us. ***Update 07/17/24*** I appreciate the response. I was present each time my mom called though. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm guessing it wasn't documented properly at the office. It happens. It's frustrating because both my mom and aunt are on the account but my mom is virtually ignored. Recently, she was told that we are completed and didn't need to get in touch with your office. Then the court said we did. She called and the rep said you'd be sending something out and we're just waiting. I'm sure many people are happy with your service. I wish we could be one of them. It's just how life goes I guess. For anyone reading this. I also work in a position that has to utilize customer service skills, Not everyone is happy all of the time with me. No matter what I'm responsible and accountable for what I do. I promise that if we were getting even that much, I wouldn't have posted a negative review.

Please take extreme cautions at this time when visiting this law firms’ offices and/or seminars. This law firm held a Sand Harbor day at the beach on Friday, July 10th. A staff member stated there were 40 of her coworkers in attendance in addition to herself. I am a resident at Tahoe and there is a current surge in the area. During the pandemic, I have not observed the level of carelessness that I observed from this firm. In addition to the employees there appeared to be a large number of children and extended family in attendance. I observed only two people wearing masks, no social distancing was practiced. No hand sanitizer was seen for a 4 hour period of time. No safety precautions appeared to be in place when visiting public areas. This behavior came within days of the governor’s mandate and pleas to follow precautions, so that we could keep our economy open. I would question a law firm that demonstrated this type of poor judgment during a pandemic. A considerable amount of unnecessary risk was taken that could impact many lives and other people’s livelihoods.
