I am happy to write a review for Attorney Jannette Mooney. A colleague referred me to Jannette, after she successfully guided him through a challenging divorce. Attorney Mooney provided outstanding guidance, and sound legal advice at a reasonable cost. She is tenacious in her quest to meet her clients' goals. I found her to be attentive to my concerns with strong problem solving skills. I have great regard for the focus and tenacity she demonstrated throughout the case she handled for me. She was very communicative with me, always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner and treated me with respect. She made an extremely difficult situation more tolerable and helped me to stay in balance when the emotional challenges of my case were most difficult. I am a colleague of Attorney Mooney and have been opposing counsel on many cases with her. Jannette is a gifted attorney that certainly pushes the envelope to get her client the best deal possible and knows the law cold. Jannette also works tirelessly to pursue the truth and will actually comb through document after document, when many other attorneys won’t do the same in a proactive way. While Jannette can, and often does settle cases, but she can also litigate with the best of them. Jannette is highly prepared for Court and often takes creative strategies to account for lost/embezzled proceeds, taxes and stimulus monies, and the like.
