They will deny you representation without a reason. Horrible Merritt to not give explanation as to why. It's pretty simple. Most cases ain't worth there time. If I had called with an easy money making claim for them, they'd be all for it. Steer clear

The case involved personal injury related to an ADA disability, deafness. The case worker:: 1. Did not understand what a closed captioned phone is, a lifeline for the Deaf. 2. After explaining my deafness, she asked in the middle of the conversation if I had a disability??? That came after “have you been in the service.” Obviously she was reading from a check list w/o thinking. 3. She did not know the legal differences between service & comfort/support animals. They are HUGE. ONLY service animals are included under the ADA. a law I have been protected under since 1997 when I hired an attorney to secure an ADA accommodation at work from the NYC Dep’t. of Education, no small feat. LEGAL ZOOM is probably better.
