Sent over all paperwork didn't hear back. After few weeks of no response called office. Got voicemail. Left message and asked to call me back with why I didn't hear back. Never heard back. I was figuring that I hired him but no contract had been signed. Wasted a lot of time.

Attorney McDonald helped me with a very difficult eviction. The tenants were not moving out even though they had been given two months notice. I worked with Attorney. McDonald and he was very patient when I called him several times for advice. I would recommend him for anyone having difficulty with tenants overstaying their lease. I listened to my friends that he is a great lawyer in Manchester. I do not have any case but i am sure if i will get any case regarding my property i will hire him.

Found ourselves living under a landlord who displayed some mental instability after a few months of tennancy, tried accusing us of all kinds of crazy things that we didn't do and attempting to sue us for damages based on bogus claims. Kyle personally came out to the property several times to bear witness to the fact that our landlord was completely fabricating these accusations and prepared an impressive counter-suit, which ultimately resulted in the landlord dropping his entire case against us and we settled with a mutual release, washed our hands clean of that crazy landlord and walked away clear. We will be forever grateful to Kyle and his colleague, Tom. Our former landlord thought he had us in a spot because he is a millionaire and he was putting myself and my kids on the street in the middle of winter, and we would have never been able to fight him without Kyle and Tom's legal and personal assistance. Really wonderful human beings and very knowledgeable, tenacious attorneys.
