Sandra was a rare combination of compassionate, brilliant, a no nonsense strategist and flexible attorney who truly listened to what my end goal was and helped me get there. I would not have been able to achieve the settlement/resolution I did without her help. I only wish I had gone to her FIRST and not found her after a terrible experience with a different attorney. Whatever your family court needs, Sandra is the attorney to RUN to immediately! She's amazing!

In a nasty custody dispute, I was being bullied by an angry ex through litigation. Sandy took my case, and adjusted her fee based on my income. All of my phone calls, and emails were answered promptly. Not only did Sandy help me win my case, she also convinced the judge to order my ex to pay some of my attorney fees.

I can't imagine having to seek legal counsel is ever a good thing, and it certainly wasn't in my case. After our initial consult I was a little uncertain because it was clear that while this meeting was a very big deal in my life, and scary, Sandra at first seemed a bit disconnected. I left a little uneasy, but since I also understood that we met on a weekend so she came in the office to meet with me and that while this was my only time dealing with the idea of a bankruptcy, she'd handled many so it was mostly from rote memory for her. While starting the process, she was very informative and I definitely felt better about the entire situation and was confident I was in good hands. Sandra was completely responsive and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly without making me feel ignorant for asking. The day of the creditors meeting I was a nervous wreck, but Sandra, with her calm, cool and collected demeanor, made it much easier that I expected. Again, following the meeting and for the rest of the process, she was totally receptive to my questions and responded very quickly to all inquiries. While I obviously prefer to never need a lawyer again, if I ever do, I'd definitely come back to Sandra Kuhn.

I really needed serious help with my bankruptcy. Having tried to do it on my own I found that I'd missed important information that Ms Kuhn was able to correct and my bankruptcy was discharged in a timely fashion.

Sandra recently conducted a bankruptcy filing for me. When I first met with her she was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns completely. As the process was underway she send me notifications as needed and made sure I was aware of all that would be required of me and how the actual hearing would go. At the hearing she was well prepared and everything went smoothly and as predicted. I did have a couple additional questions and concerns and she addressed those in a timely manner.
