Great Lawyer!

I recently was involved in the sale of a very large commercial transaction on the lake. I worked very closely with attorney Rod Dyer and attorney Sarah Rubury. They represented my buyer in this transaction. There were a tremendous amount of details to follow through on and both of them were very professional, diligent and timely in all of their research, due diligence and communication with all parties involved. In the past I've been involved in numerous real estate transactions with attorney Rod Dyer and he is the best. I would recommend Sarah to follow up on any of your real estate needs as well as probate and estate planning.

I hired Wescott Law to represent me with a complaint and they wrote two letters and made two phone calls. A couple of thousand dollars and almost a year later the secretary told me they had done all they could. They were not interested in helping me in a timely manner, but rest assured that when they sent me my last bill they were quick to threaten legal action when it did not get paid quick enough. I would not recommend them.

I had a lawyer from wescott law for child custody for a year, the VA had set me up with the lawyer to assist me, it all went ok but at same time the lawyer was very selective on listening to things i had to say, and also seemed to get attached to the case which lawyers are supposed to stay professional, and she was listening to things from my ex when the lawyer was supposed to be supporting me, the lawyer then resigned and completely dropped my case left me a vouce mail stating that they arent representing me anymore and im to not contact them anymore in regards to my case. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional as i was left to handle the case on my own in the middle of it needless to say it took me 3 years on my own to get where i needed after the fact, i would not recommend wescott law firm

I was new to New Hampshire, but a neighbor recommended Wescott Law, PA ( actually it was Attn Ambrose I first heard about ). I found myself being harassed by a leasing company, with monthly bills and daily phone calls. When i looked the company up on line, i read review after review that they were a predatory scourge, dishonest and deceitful and without conscience. I had been paying them for years as an auto-deduction from my account and never knew what it was for....as soon as i stopped payment and asked what i was actually paying for, the harassment began. I had been paying for an outdated processing system i had not used in 8 years.I KNEW i needed legal help and someone with some clout and expertise to break away from this company. Wescott Law, PA, represented by Atty Allison Ambrose got results and a positive solution in just a few months. All of my stress and worry was taken away, i reached an acceptable solution and am rid of that leasing company for good. I am certain that had i tried to negotiate alone, I would have been stonewalled, cheated and dragged through an endless process, like many others warned in their feedback about this leasing company of predators. Wescott Law, PA was competent, professional and timely. My experience with them was terrific, and I recommend them with confidence.

40 years ago I hired Wescott Law to represent me in a real estate transaction. I had a very pleasant experience. I also referred two of my co-workers to my attorney who were purchasing real estate in the area. After 60 years of marriage I filed for divorce with Wescott Law Firm and this decision turned out to be a big disappointment. The opposing attorney was always steps ahead of my attorney which was not good for the outcome. I personally would not recommend the family law firm of Wescott Law.
