I have P&F for my attorney currently and I couldn't be happier.

I met with Atty Fitzgerald when his office was on Webster street, after I had lost my first Worker's Comp appeal. I explained that I lost because my former employer was claiming that I didn't hurt myself at work and had fabricated a story, which I could not have been prepared to fight without knowing they were going to lie, and it was simply a case of their word vs mine. He chose not to listen to me when I was describing evidence and witnesses I had that could refute their claims. He chose to not represent me (which took him two weeks of not returning calls to find out), stating that I had maybe a 30% chance of winning, despite him again not listening to anything I told him about the case and evidence. I recently had my second appeal, I represented myself again, and this time I WON unanimously and easily with my evidence and witnesses that I had previously tried to tell him about. If you have a guaranteed win, I'm sure he will file your paperwork competently, but if your case requires any effort or leg work, be prepared to have to go to another firm.

I would hands down Recommend John Fitzgerald as a attorney that will get the job done and done right (Medical Cost/Settlement all taken care of without any issue due to john sticking up for me against the insurance company which was pursuant to make sure they could deny everything but that went out the window when i hired John) he has the biggest heart in the world will sit and listen to every detail and have sympathy, Before I met john i was hopeless after my case was done Id say my family consider him family now. 10/10!!!!!!!
