Paul is pleasant, and so are the people in his office, they understand human problems. Not a checklist approach. There was always someone at the other end who was personable and easy to work with. I've dealt with many attorneys over the years. Some aren't so nice to deal with but the people at I worked with at Bouchard, Kleinman & Wright were good to work with. Everything I needed was done correctly.
