Had the audacity to respond TWO MONTHS after I initially contacted them to say they were "unable" to take my case (a simple civil matter). I had clearly found another attorney to work with by the time they responded. Classic "big law" bureaucracy where clients are nothing more than numbers on a screen. I would only contact them as a last resort if you can find no one else to take your case.

Can’t return calls, didn’t want to take my case with absolutely no explanation. There are far better attorney offices out there that will actually care about you and take the time to listen to you. This is not one of them. Terrible professionalism.
