Joe was honest and open from the get go about the different outcomes of my second DUI arrest. He worked promptly to find a resolution and worked closely with the prosecuting attorney in order to get the best possible results for me. I was certain I would lose my license for a lengthy amount of time, have to purchase the very expensive SR-22 Insurance, and find myself in a bind at work as I work in a prominent position in my small town. I could not believe it when I got a call from him saying he had negotiated the second DUI arrest and charge to reckless driving with a fine and a 90 day suspension (of which I had already served 63 days). If you want your case resolved, go with Joe! At my hearing Joe had to send another lawyer from his office, Olivia Wheat, as a stand in and she was phenomenal as well. September 2021, I was charged with a dui. I called Joe on labor day weekend and he answered while traveling. Joe was very up front with me about my case and informed me of all possible outcomes. Over the 5 or so months he was able to reduce my charge to a much better situation financially and reduce my suspension drastically from what the outcome could have been. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a lawyer who will make sure he does the most to better your situation no matter what it may be.
