I highly recommend hiring Joe Prieto for a defense attorney! I was facing a 2nd DUI and false report to a police officer with some jail time, and up to 3 years license suspension. However, Prieto managed to drop my charges down to DWI 1st offense, with a minimum 9 months license suspension! Absolutely the best defense attorney I’ve ever came across. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible! I couldn’t have done it without him!

My case wasn't exactly an easy one BUT in the end, Joe was able to have my charges dropped from a potential aggravated DUI to just reckless driving. When alcohol is involved, always hire a lawyer. If I didn't, I wouldn't of got a lesser charge, that's for sure.

I was about to lose my license. He came recommended by the DMV and he jumped right on and did some pretty amazing stuff that I did not think was possible. He was very professional and got my charges amended months after which is the next step to being able to keep my license. Highly recommend!

I drive back and forth from Massachusetts to Maine to take care of my mother and brother I myself is disabled and I got pulled over because I hit the cruise control instead of the windshield wiper because my son drove my car and he's 6'4 and I never reset the seat so I got pulled over and I've had 47 surgeries and the cup failed me I offered to do a breathalyzer he said no then he wanted me to take blood I agreed we got to the hospital they said it would be 4 hours and I couldn't leave my mother brother that long so then we went to court he didn't show up and it was through zoom Joe made this process which was so terribly scary for me cuz I did lose my license for 3 weeks and I'm the only one who has a license out of the three of us and I have to stay in Massachusetts because it's my primary state and I get MassHealth there but I have never been so afraid to not be able to help my family when my mom just almost died and he made this process so easy I called places in this one woman named Ethel I don't even know where she came from but by the grace of God she called Joe Joe called me and I hired him and he and we won and I don't even have merit scores against me it was pretty hard to articulate which state does things different but he did it and he did a great job and if I was ever in a pickle or someone I knew was I would have them I am on the spot because I know they're being good hands and I know that he would give it his best as he did and does and he is a winner and I thank him because without him I don't know where I'd be right now with out a licensed possibly so I am so grateful for Joe prieto
