TRUST....Putting our will together and our assets into a trust was a very overwhelming proposition. John Polgrean at Welts, White & Fontaine made the process understandable and easy for us. He was always available to answer questions and walk us through the process to make sure everything was done correctly at our pace. I've been meaning to do my will for the last few years. I finally contacted John Polgrean at Welts, White & Fontaine and wished I had done it sooner. John was extremely professional and personable and the entire process took only two visits and about two weeks from start to finish. The cost was extremely reasonable as well and I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for the peace of mind of getting a will done. John will thoroughly explain everything to you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I was very happy with the service and getting the will done so as to avoid probate upon passing.
