I have worked with Dave on several occasions over the last 15 years when I needed legal advice and he is extremely professional, listens to your needs, and comes up with a plan of action that has always been successful for me. I recently went through a life changing event resulting in Anthony Sculimbrene representing me in two separate cases. A domestic violence simple assault criminal case and a domestic violence restraining order civil case. I am happy to say that because of the incredible work by Tony, I received no criminal charges and the domestic violence restraining order was denied and dismissed. I truly cannot say enough about this man. From the moment I first met Tony I felt that he truly cared about me as a person and what I was facing in my life. He showed compassion and concern and really listened to me. HIs communications skills are outstanding. He kept me informed on both cases with any and every update so I knew exactly where I stood. I was involved in an auto accident. It was very stressful. Having been hit by someone running a red light and totaling my new car and injuring myself. A friend of mine referred me to Attorney Gottesman. After my first consult with Attorney Gottesman and meeting his secretary my stress and worries were put as ease. My family and I knew we had found the right Attorney to take our case. Attorney Gottesman and his stall were always professional, kind and caring. Whenever I called the office most times Attorney Gottesman would answer the phone himself, which as we know these days when we call a business and all we get is voice mail or push this button etc. I was very impressed. I can't truly express how thankful I am for Tony's help but I will try. I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear ended at a red light. The accident resulted in a concussion that lasted months and whip lash that lasted even longer. My injuries took me out of work and out of my training as an athlete, which was very difficult for me. The insurance company refused to believe my injuries and refused to pay for my medical treatment. I was spending most of my time defending myself to people who don't know anything about me, yet were in control of the reimbursement I would receive. When Tony began to assist me, I finally felt someone was listening to me. He wanted the whole story. He wanted to know me as a person – how I normally feel, what I like to do, what I do for work, my passion, etc. He then made sure he understood exactly how everything happened. I showed him the doctor’s notes, which justified all of my treatment. He truly was at my side. Stressing about your health and how it knocked you off your daily routine is one thing – to add on the dread of potentially having to pay for the treatment out of pocket for this accident when it was caused my someone else made it extremely difficult. Tony kept me involved with all of his communication. He talked with the insurance company and the hospital bill collector (even traveling there in person to talk with people and get paperwork), while always having my best interest in mine. He treated me as if he was fighting the cause of someone of his own family. He went above and beyond, striving to help. After he had completed hours and hours of hard work behind the scenes, I cannot tell you how relieved I was when everything was done. My medical bills were paid for. My health, after a year and a half later, was finally restored and I was back feeling like myself again. Without Tony, I do not know what I would have done. I felt like he pulled off a miracle at the end of the day. I would recommend him to anyone – he will fight for you and do what is best for you.
