DO NOT HIRE this law firm to represent you. Attorney Annutto blatantly lied to me to get me to accept a plea deal which would benefit himself. He does not have any knowledge regarding Massachusetts or New Hamshire Laws. After working with him I'm shocked of how this practice is still even open. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the 2500$. You get what you pay for with this Law Firm and that is an absolutely terrible lazy lying attorney. In response to owner: Violating attorney client privileges further shows how unprofessional and unethical you are. Furthermore Joe can you get any more lazy? You copied and pasted the email you sent me when I asked for a refund for the terrible service I received from you. Lastly you did not inform me of the penalties in MASS because you DID NOT know. Thus it was not included in the summary of events you sent me following the trial. Your actions and statements prove you are the embodiment of what a SHADY CHEAP LAW FIRM IS. Take responsibility for the lies you told me and terrible job you did as my lawyer. How you even are able to practice law is a disgrace.

I met with four different attorneys that specialize in family law. I was looking for a particular person and a particular personality. I definitely was not seeking a “one size fits all” lawyer. I wanted someone who was highly intelligent, outspoken and driven without being perceived as being abrasive. Further, I wanted someone with the ability to communicate in a way that would not alienate either party. Lastly, as I am a business professional, I wanted someone with strong analytical skills. From a business perspective, I also was seeking the same qualities that anyone expects in business dealings and that’s basic chemistry so the relationship is not adversarial, it’s complementary. The most important way to know that I was very satisfied with Attorney Tara Ward @ the Annutto Law Firm is that I will use Attorney Ward for future legal needs and I have and will continue to refer people to her as well.

I hired one of the lawyers here to handle a bankruptcy case and meet for my free meeting bringing every piece of paper and had it in order and filled out. She asked for a couple more things which I sent over we then had a phone conversation and I was told I could not file until after the first of the year. I talked to her about getting my money back and decided instead to have her just leave things and we would revisit first of the year. Now almost 6 months later I find she has left the firm and the firm without calling was in the mist of filing for me. I had decided not to file and asked for money back and was charged $900 for my past phone calls and emails. Never being told that I was to be charged for every call or email or I never would have done so and I would have pulled my money out long ago. I expected maybe being charged $200 for what they did I do a lot more at my job for less money. BEWARE of charges you are not told about if you decide to hire this firm.
