We are not by nature litigious but my accident was going to limit what I could continue to do on my own. Dennis was very thorough as he analyzed reports and compiling all the relevant facts including photographs of the slip and fall accident site and then all the medical reports and guided me through a process of negotiating a fair settlement with the facility owners. He clearly exceeded our expectations.

We found Attorney Hogan through a referral agency. Attorney Hogan is representing us with two cases involving construction and landscape contractors who have been negligent in the work they were hired to perform. He has done research to make sure we are prepared when we are in the courtroom. We find Attorney Hogan to be professional and communicates with us during the progress of the cases. We would recommend Attorney Hogan for legal representation to family and friends if needed.
