At my Chapter 7 Hearing, the Bankruptcy Judge stated that your effort on my behalf was the most complex and well put together effort that he had seen is all of his years on the bench. We were able to save my house and settle with my creditors to the satisfaction of all. As with aircraft landings, I feel that a bankruptcy that one can walk away from with dignity is a good one. Your credit repair program worked and things are a lot better for my family, as I now have a good score with the three largest national credit-reporting agencies. Finally, I feel that the wonderful service and "going the extra mile" attitude that you displayed during this case made a significant difference in the outcome. With gratitude and great respect, I thank you for a job well done.

I'm glad I decided to hire Atty. Hogan. It was just a small claims issue I wanted to handle on my own until it became a giant headache filled with stress. I brought Dennis on board to defend me. He wrote a fantastic document that got the case dismissed. Phew. He saved me the cost of a 1/2 a day off work by me not having to attend court.

I had an outstanding experience with Attorney Dennis Hogan on my case. His prior experience as a prosecutor was instrumental in helping me with my case. I was charged with a DUI, but refused the test and was also charged with two other counts for Simple Assault and Reckless Conduct. My court date was scheduled, but we were trying to change bail conditions and that date was 2 weeks prior to the 'real' court date. At this earlier court appearance, Attorney Hogan was able to negotiate a plea deal where I plead guilty to the DUI and got the other 2 charges dropped, pending a 12 month probation period. This allowed me to just close the book on this nightmare that I created for myself, accept the penalty for the DUI which I would have been found guilty of anyway, and make the other charges go away. While I have not gotten my final bill from Attorney Hogan, this expedited process should also save me on my legal fees with him. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Attorney Hogan to anyone else looking for a great attorney that is fair on costs and has the previous experience and knowledge as an elected prosecutor. He knows most of the current prosecutors which gives him (and you) a very real advantage over other attorneys. Thank you Attorney Hogan!

I would recommend Mr Hogan to anyone looking for an attorney. He recently represented me and was exceptionally professional, and easily reachable if needed. My husband worked with him for roughly 8 months - not doing much at all the first 7 months - we come for a meeting nearing the bankruptcy and he states he has no good news basically you can file however you’ll owe the lawyer/trustee 1500 a month for the next 5 years on top of your mortgage! Now this is something that should have been stated months ago not 8 months in - We clearly opted out of the unrealistic option & thankfully our mortgage company worked with us to keep our house. So with that being said we ask kindly for our deposit back, since clearly he didn’t do much to help till the last month or so - my husband gave him around 4,300 he give him back around 2,089 - RIP OFF!! Then has the nerve to say well if u ever want to consolidate your bills come back and I’ll cut you a deal!! Thanks but NO thanks....Good luck if you choose him!

I went to Attorney Deming with some debt issues. I had received a letter from some debt collector attorney's and felt it best to obtain legal advice. Never used an attorney before, and Attorney Deming was very kind and non-judgemental. Truly helped me out of a pretty dire situation. I would highly recommend Attorney Deming with any debt related issues.

Atty Deming helped me file a successful Chapter 12 plan, a feat that five other attorneys said could not be done, as I was advised to liquidate under Chapter 7 and be grateful. As you are reading this review you are likely considering bankruptcy protection. It was nearly 1-year ago from this writing that I found myself doing the same. And the stress of enduring the financial circumstances which had lead me to that point was worsened by the realization of how little I knew about Bankruptcy (and those offering representation). Exactly why I chose Leonard Deming from the vast field of available attorneys honestly escapes me at this writing, but with equal honesty I can state it turned out to be a great decision. Count on Mr. Deming and his staff to be straight-forward yet courteous, highly knowledgeable on the legalities yet easy to understand. They sweat the details, are patient with questions and remain easily accessible. My experience was excellent, as was my outcome.
