Attorney Sullivan gave me the best service an immigration lawyer can offer. Anytime I had a question, he would answer it as quick as possible and his knowledge in this subject is vast. Getting my wife her Green Card and Social Security Number went so smoothly, because he helped me every step of the way. There is no need to look for any other immigration lawyer in NH, attorney Sullivan will be there for you until you have all documents, papers and cards that you need. So far my wife has gotten her two year green card, which is what you obtain first, and Jason preps you for what will happen in two years and what to do so that when the two years is up, you are perfectly prepared to apply for your citizenship, if your criteria is properly met. And the process went very smoothly even through the Covid crisis, there were no delays and everything was gotten to us on time. Thanks for everything Attorney Sullivan!!!!

I Highly recommend Jason Sullivan! I was having sleepless nights because my Green card was never delivered to me and I had to travel outside of the USA do to a Family emergency. I was getting no where, no matter how many times I called USCIS. Finally I contacted Sullivan and on the same day that I saw him he was able to get me an appointment to stamp my Passport so I can travel again! I was Impressed to say the least. SAVED MY LIFE My estranged wife and her boyfriend had hired three high-powered lawyers, demanding a third of my income for ten years, renewable at their whims. I'm 57 - that would have destroyed my financial future. My previous lawyer had already charged me ten thousand dollars in monthly fees before we'd ever even spoken to a judge, and demanded another ten to finish the job, so I was forced to walk away, saying "enough is enough!" That left me desperate: I was facing three crack lawyers with no representation, a month before pre-trial. I asked everywhere for help, and finally a public defender told me "I know JUST the guy". The next day, a man with a tough, no-nonsense tone called me back. He asked me for details, listened carefully and said "I think I can help you," he said, "come out to my office and we'll talk". When Jason Sullivan came to the hall to meet me, he looked like a part-time boxer: tough, with a gleam of humor in his eye. His handshake was strong, his eye contact unwavering. From the outset he made it clear that he was not out to extract maximum payments from me, and that he really, really disliked cheats and swindlers. For the first time since the lawsuit had started, I had a champion in my corner, ready and able to fight for me. Jason was careful, methodical, painstaking. He picked up on subtle things my previous attorney hadn't even noticed: my ex had signed an affidavit claiming she didn't own a car, then cited the need for gas and oil for the car she didn't own. During the hearing, Jason was calm, measured, and polite, as my ex asserted lie after lie; pretending to need a restraining order when she had no cause, claiming to have been sleeping on friends' couches when she had been living with her boyfriend for years; claiming to barely speak English, when she had a masters degree in teaching the language. Jason had coached me on staying quiet while he handled the situation, so I held back, even when the urge to blurt out "She's lying!" was almost overwhelming. He was right. The judge dismissed the restraining order, and her lawyers backed down; the final settlement was about a twentieth what they'd been seeking, and Jason never charged me another dime beyond his retainer. When the dust settled, he invited me into his office, as happy as I was with the outcome. There was no doubt that he genuinely cared what happened to me, and his parting words were: "now that it's over, you have a great job and you've got a good life ahead of you." And that was how Jason Sullivan saved my life.

We just concluded our immigration process and were guided throughout the journey by Mr. Sullivan. The experience was perfect in every respect. Mr. Sullivan from the beginning...made it clear that he would promptly and immediately communicate all necessary information and did so without exception. Mr. Sullivan took the time to educate us as to what to expect from the immigration maelstrom and that provided comfort over the months which are required. He clearly was comfortable and very knowledgeable...he predicted what would happen and when and was correct at every turn. We had interviewed two other attorneys prior to selecting him. We felt comfortable with him, found the fees to be very fair, and most importantly had the sense that we wanted him in our corner if the process "went sideways". Simply put, consider this a review of the highest order.

"Knowledgeable and Straight to the Point"! That is how I describe my experience with Mr. Sullivan. Unlike other lawyers who are first collecting your money then talk to you (and sometimes later you realize that they are not as confident and experienced as you thought they would be) Mr. Sullivan gives you the best straightforward legal advice with an assuring confidence you don't get from the others. Based on my experience of dealing with multiple immigration lawyers in the past few years, Mr. Sullivan is the most honest and experienced in the area. Jason in the best immigration lawyer you can ask for!!! He helped my husband and I with our K1 visa process straight to the green card. He has been extremely responsive and timely and really knows the process inside and out!
