My experience with Mr Murphy was not a good one. I engaged Mr Murphy in August 2022 it took until the end of November to produce a half page “demand letter “ that that had no reply date and no return receipt. I found out in January 2023 that the other party denied receiving any contact. When questioned about this, Mr Murphy resigned. He sent me an email stating he could not represent me due to “communication issues.” An honorable man would have returned all fees for non-performance.

Having spent several years working at the largest law firm North of Boston, I feel fortunate to have Ken Murphy as my attorney for both business and family law. Ken is a gifted, brilliant attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, respected and overall - an exemplary attorney. Ken has assisted me with a myriad of legal issues - from business related issues to most recently - a tragic family accident. When Ken learned of my family members tragic accident - he reached out to me and offered guidance while I was out of state. His recommendations and support at a time of personal crisis - something I will never forget. The advice he provided - impactful and more than I could have asked for. Again, during this time of crisis, I feel fortunate to have Ken on my team! As a businesswoman and owner of small agency - and Seacoast resident for 23 years - I am constantly communicating and interacting with people all day long. If a professional colleague or peer should bring up a legal challenge or crisis - Ken is always my referral and go to guy. Professionally, he has "come to the rescue" of many friends who might not have sought legal help or have received the legal service or advice they deserved. He is compassionate and always available. It is clear that Ken loves what he does. He has gone above and beyond what is expected of an attorney - he delivers winning results and always puts the best interest of his clients first. Again, I feel blessed to have Ken Murphy as my attorney.
