My case has not ended; the state of New Hampshire has not replied to a motion that I have filed with Rochester District Court to all ALL restrictions removed from me. I filed this motion on December 27, 2024. The civil restraining order placed against me has been automatically been rescinded, the plaintiff (Suzanne Carter) has not filed a continuation for the original restraining order against me. Civil restraining orders are automatically rescinded after 12 months. Stephen Brown my lawyer is not aware of civil restraining order processes? I never did receive a notice in the mail about my case ( all charges dropped, case dismissed). Stephan Brown informed me via telephone call December 17, 2024; I would receive a copy in the mail of the courts decision. I went to the courthouse and requested a copy of the decision/verdict myself. As far as the annulment process, I will file a motion on this matter myself. I can no longer wait for your Law Office to act in expedient manner. I neither can afford the costs involved with your Law Office; along with all the other fees required by the State of New Hampshire to have this record removed and be permanently annulled. I'm extremely frustrated/disgusted about how long this process takes. I was informed in October 2024, that my case was being dismissed, and here it is January 2025, still awaiting on the courts decision on motions to have my property (firearms) relinquished to me from the Farmington Police Department. It seems that I was not informed or information was being withheld from me about how long this process would take. From the first meeting with Stephen Brown in Spring of 2024.

Attorney Brown has helped me with 2 different cases now and I was very impressed by his work both times. The first case involved a driving infraction and the second case was in regards to a law suit from when I was bitten by a dog while at work. This painted a perfect picture of what I might expect to happen in the legal world I have yet to fully understand. I highly recommend Stephen Brown. He is the best attorney I have worked with, was extremely supportive, and both understood and made effective use of a long history of harassment we kept including verbal abuse, false complaints, and an unsupported criminal charge. At a hearing for two complaints and a criminal charge, the criminal charge we were most concerned about was dropped. Stephen Brown’s excellent and thorough cross examination of the two witnesses helped produce innocent decisions for both complaints. He was extremely well prepared, made us comfortable going into the hearing, and provided good advice all through a stressful time.

My case was odd- "The Curious Case of the Trespassing Chickens". Stephen did an excellent job researching the situation, and in representing me in court. With his clear, fact-supported cross-examination questions he carefully and confidently probed the "witness". He was calm and kind with my concerns and made it clear he understood the complexity of the situation. Despite the extraordinarily weak basis for the charges/violations, they were very real and needed to be addressed. Due to Stephen's decisive work, all were either dismissed, or found not-guilty. I feel confident recommending Stephen for cases both large or small. Stephen did exactly what he said he'd do, didn't change his fees, and offered great advice throughout. He was clear in his communication, and was extremely well prepared. It was good to finally see the truth of the entire situation revealed to the judge as Stephen artfully exposed it - he certainly knows his way around a courtroom. His advice has always been correct, there are many things a non-lawyer doesn't know, and he was there to back us up in all the ways. It's been a tough year, and the "win" Stephen secured for us was a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.
