Diana Fredericks is an amazing lawyer to work with. Before I found Diana, I tried two other expensive lawyers that could not get my divorce done. In a very short time, she was able to accomplish with the others could not. She was caring, attentive, personable and prompt with her responses and needs. It was so nice to speak with her directly, and not three other assistants first. This is hard to find! She was worth every penny, you get what you pay for, I was very happy with my outcome. Working with Diana changed my life permanently for the better. I highly recommend anyone going through a tough time with their divorce to call Diana Fredericks.

Great local law firm great local history

Charged me over $10,000 for a divorce and got zero results. They took advantage of a poor man and instead of coming to me and asking for another retainer check, they irresponsibly billed me almost $4,000 only to back track and "write off" charges when I questioned their process. They should have told me the original retainer money was used up and asked for more, not just bill me for results they could not obtain. As a result, I am now representing myself in my divorce with no recourse on monies already spent. I received four different bills for the same time period for four different amounts in the course of one week. They don't have any clue how to care for a paying customer. Steer clear of this firm. They give you their "ace" and then pass you off to another attorney if your matter isn't profitable for the firm. Every step of the way I was made to compromise and give up more. All this firm cares about is money. They are just as bad as the woman I am trying to divorce, almost as if they're collaborating to take me for every penny I earn. Zero stars!!!!!!

I hired Diana Fredericks as the attorney for my divorce after seeing dozens of positive comments about her on Facebook. It's difficult to find divorce attorneys that specialize in collaborative divorce, yet can be aggressive if need be. I tend to be a non-aggressive person, and was very naive in many ways throughout my divorce, whereas my husband at the time was exactly the opposite. Diana made sure my voice was heard and that I received what I was entitled to throughout the process. At the conclusion of my divorce, my husband admitted to me that although he had the utmost respect for his attorney, he felt I definitely hired the better attorney. Diana is the best.

Diana was very organized, knew what to ask and what to say, and was highly effective communicating with other lawyer and all parties involved. She produced a plan, explained the plan, adjusted the plan when needed, and helped me achieve a fair divorce at the lowest cost possible. Two other lawyers just wasted my time and money.

Diana personally returns calls Immediately. Diana responds to emails immediately. Diana has a professional touch in everything she does. Diana never waste your money every penny counts. I've been trying to get divorced for over 3 years. Diana has accomplished more in 6 months then my previous two lawyers. I am very lucky to find her. last 3 years Diana took my case 6 months ago and I've got more accomplished in 6 months then in three years.

I began my divorce with a good lawyer, and then things with my spouse began to get really nasty. I needed a lawyer who could help me get this divorce over with quickly and with a fair financial settlement. (I had retraining orders against my spouse, Police involvement, etc…) Someone that I know recommended Diana as a Lawyer who had a reputation of "getting the job done". I called her and she cleared her schedule and met with me the very next morning. She was confident in her ability to help me and during the next 6+ months she communicated with me on a regular basis. If I called or emailed her with a concern, she responded back immediately. She had to subpoena many accounts and businesses for information since my spouse refused to submit a CIA. She did so quickly and received all the information needed. She prepared settlement proposals and sent them to my spouse's lawyer and followed up until she was able to get them to agree into going to mediation. She was totally prepared with fair terms and was very professional. I was very happy and relieved with the outcome. She is an very ethical Lawyer and did not play any games when things got really petty with my spouse and his lawyer. She took the high road and did not call them out on any of the childish, insulting emails that were frequently sent. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Diana. She genuinely had my best interest at heart and I consider her a friend as well as an amazing Lawyer. I gave her a calendar months ago with pictures of sharks swimming on the cover. I laughed and told her that she was one of them and to consider that as a huge compliment. I have already recommended her to several friends in need of a good divorce lawyer. One last comment. I did not care what it cost me to finalize my divorce. I just wanted it to be over. She did not nickel and dime me for every little thing… My Father was a good, compassionate lawyer and I can say with some experience in the legal profession that Diana Fredericks is truly an amazing Lawyer.

Diana was a fantastic attorney. She is very knowledgeable about divorce laws, she always got back to me in a timely fashion, and she is very easy to work with. Her candor and sincerity about my situation made me feel confident and very comfortable using her as my lawyer. Going through a divorce is an awful experience, however, Diana was able to successfully help me through the process. She is also an exceptional writer. She had to write numerous letters on my behalf which were always outstanding. I would very highly recommend Diana, she is worth every penny.
