HIGHLY RECOMENDED!! Today has been one successful day for John Tumelty and myself. The office is very nice, well organized and the crew is super welcoming, super profesional and super caring. John, he’s independent, genuinely passionate, knowledgeable and super dedicated. From the first minute we started consultation I already felt his good energy. My case took about 6 months to get resolved. Not a huge criminal case, but it had its many complications. When we got called to the podium to face the judge the first thing the judge said was “You know I can not dismiss this” ... This man could not have been any more supportive and knowledgable in my mothers DUI case. Its very difficult to summarize all that has happened over the last 6 months. To be brief ,my daughter got mixed up with the wrong crowd and along with that came not 1, not 2 but 4 different arrests, each with multiple charges. ( DUI, Poss CDS in MV, Leaving scene of accident, under age drinking- just to name a few) I contacted John at the beginning of this nightmare, after the first charge. His recommendation was to get her in D/A treatment ASAP. My daughter fought me everyday but she went and everytime she was about to leave, John contacted her and reinforced how important it was for her to complete the program.
