Nick did an excellent job helping me get a positive outcome for a challenging case. He kept me informed about the details of the case as well as its broader legal context. He prepared me for court, while also addressing paperwork and daily issues which arose throughout the case. He was reliable and communicative throughout the process, and clearly worked hard to get the best possible outcome. It was great to have his knowledgeable perspective and commitment to my case. Don't ever hire this lawyer , Nick Fausto was paid to write a complaint up for us. The truth of the matter is Nick cashed my check . But never did anything at all .The letter he was to write , he never did . There was never a complaint written . Nick told me he would need more money to have the complaint served . I paid once again but the complaint never existed . I cant even get my file back from Nicholas Fausto . People do your homework before you pay a lawyer .

Nicholas Fausto has been my attorney for several years and has always provided excellant service. What I like the most is how quickly he responds and genuinely cares about helping with the situation and the outcome. I have recommended him to several people over the years who called to thank me with putting them in touch with him

First and foremost don't hire this attorney. I rarely post a review but felt the need to let people know the truth considering Nick never did anything I asked and cashed my retainer check literally 10 minutes after we first met. He never follows up on anything. Should be disbarred. NEVER trust an attorney that doesn't have an office, meets you at an array of different places due to not having an office, and then tells you he can't afford a secretary so shares one with other fellow attorneys to split the costs. I can surely say, cashing a retainer check instead of depositing it and then telling your client you can't afford a secretary means one thing and one thing only- he's an attorney with money problems... RUN! As far as pleadings are concerned, I could format them better with my eyes closed than what Mr. Fausto puts together. Barely does any work and waits until the last minute to file things. It's a constant uphill battle that you will never win, so don't bother. Save yourself thousands of your hard earned dollars and hire someone else.

I hired Nicholas Fausto recently to settle my prolonged multi-year divorce case which involved custody of our child. EX was extremely spiteful, lied up till the end and did everything to try to make my life miserable. Ex even had opposing counsels employ unethical tactics to try to make me give up including dragging the case on and on. Nick help me with the case (often without any extra charges.) His knowledge dealt with the situation and helped chip away at the problem. Fausto stood up to the nonsense that the EX and opposing counsel concocted and hurled our way. Fausto even stood up and spoke up for me in front of the Judge when required because it was the right thing to do.

When pushed by an over aggressive prosecutor who made a ridiculous offer on my DUI, my attorney took my case to trial and got me a "not guilty." I saved a lot of money with my insurance and didn't have to spend a single weekend in jail.
