“He never follows up on anything. Should be disbarred. NEVER trust an attorney that doesn't have an office, meets you at an array of different places due to not having an office, and then tells you he can't afford a secretary so shares one with other fellow attorneys to split the costs.”

“He cashed my check . But never did anything at all .The letter he was to write , he never did . There was never a complaint written . Nick told me he would need more money to have the complaint served . I paid once again but the complaint never existed . I cant even get my file back from Nicholas Fausto.”
