Ron has always handled clients with the most respect and knowledge of the market than any other. Rather than create an adversarial relationship with the opposite buyer or seller, he works to find commonality using best practices, and when it gets rough, rather than writing a nasty letter, he has no problem picking up the phone, explaining his client's position, and working it out in a way that is always beneficial to his client. It is rare these days to find an attorney who takes the time at the closing to review the title report with his client, pointing out any unapproved items, and explaining the impact -- no delegation t others by this attorney. Mr. Forzani led me to believe that he would represent me, contact opposing counsel and come to some form of settlement that he would propose to me. He never contacted opposing council nor returned my calls and the deadline for the attorney to file the lawsuit against me for 3 x the original amount arrived. I called the office in a panic and asked to please speak with him that my deadline was today. I was told that the message would be given to him. I never got a response.
