TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Maggi Khalil Maksoud, the owner of this firm! In our business dealing with Maggi Khalil Maksoud, Maggi was so disorganized that we could not effectively process her payroll. Things were constantly changing with her. But worse, she blamed everybody else for her chaos, including her own secretary and our company. Despite her numerous promises to get organized and to take responsibility for her actions, she failed to do so. So we asked her to leave and find another payroll company. But Maggi didn’t want to leave, she was very happy with our services. She begged us to continue our services, but we refused. Here are some of Maggi’s own emails, but there are many more: “You have been a gentleman...” “There has always been mutual respect and trust. Kindly reconsider…” “With respect to the grace period you provided, kindly consider this a trial run instead. I will make time to be more organized to help my company and not burden yours. If you see a noticeable difference, then perhaps we can continue to work together...” Clearly, Maggi was very satisfied with our services. She didn’t want to leave Also, Maggi didn’t want to pay our final bill of $31. Being a lawyer, she tried to avoid paying by threatening our company with legal action for "Unjust Enrichment" and she tried to bully us and intimidate us so she wouldn’t have to pay. Here are some of Maggi’s own emails, but there are many more: “Please confirm the refund amount to avoid further action…” “That's called unjust enrichment...” “If you do not issue the appropriate and full refund, I will also seek [Court] costs and of penalties…” “You should be ashamed of yourself trying to take advantage of someone who just suffered a family loss. [Uncle passing away]…” Folks, all these threats and accusations were for only $31. Can someone in the world stoop so low and exploit the death of an uncle to avoid paying $31. Yes, Maggi can. Because we refused to extend our services and refused to reverse the $31 charge, Maggi was apparently mad as hell, so she decided to get even by writing a negative review online about our company, even though, she begged to stay with our company. And it seems that Maggi didn’t want anyone to know she is spreading lies online, so she used a fake name too, hoping no one will ever know she did it. That’s very cunning and dishonest. That was our experience with Maggi Khalil in a nutshell: Chaotic, irrational, emotional, blaming others for her deficiencies and when she didn’t get her way, she went online to seek revenge and destroy our reputation, by lying and hiding behind a false identity. If anyone in the world can twist the truth and be sneaky about it, Maggi can. Whether you’re a client looking for legal services or a company looking to do business with her, now you know what Maggi Khalil is capable of. We hope our review will help you make the right decision. UPDATE 1: In her reply below, Maggi is at it again, twisting the truth just to justify her reply. Maggi, I already explained to you how you owed $31. But you don't seem you want to hear it because you don't want to pay it. So I will try again: The $31 was for services rendered before we expelled you and terminated your services. The fact that our charges came at a later time, was because we bill at the end of the month for services provided during that month. You had services in that month in question and we paid your federal payroll taxes. Had we not paid your federal taxes, you would have owed penalties and interest, and you would have blamed us for not paying them, like you always did for all your chaos and your disorganization. But once again, you are letting your rage take over and blind your common sense. Whether you admit it or not, you received those services and you owed that money. It's a simple concept. So stop spreading lies and confusing the public just because you don't want to pay.
