I hired them and ended up paying more than $2,000 for my LT case and yet I had to hire another attorney to settle the case for me. When I complained, I received a refund of $150 out of the $1,500 retainer I had paid. I didn't have a good experience with this office, I wouldn't hire them again. No, I never changed my mind along the process.
