This was by far the worst lawyer I have used. It took over a year to just put in a change of support order b/c Texas stayed I had to transfer it to New Jersey since I lived there. I did also increase to current rate since it had not been done since the divorce in 2004. They basically overcharged for items by having other people respond to same question or send out the same information and bill me for it. My prior email experience with a lawyer... you email or call and he stated where things stood. This law firm rarely returned email or calls and billed every time you asked the same question. They would ask me to fill out the same papers 3 times and billed each time: and in the end a year later it finally went to court and I still failed to receive support for 6 months due to them not turning in the paperwork to support enforcement. A waste of time and money.

The best divorce attorney I ever could have asked for! From my consult to the completion of my matter, my attorney and paralegal answered all of my questions promptly and with the patience to explain the most complicated details to me until I had a full understanding. My attorney protected me and my interests at all times and made sure that I received what I was legally entitled to. She followed through on every matter immediately and I never had to stress or worry about anything. For anyone going through this difficult process, Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group is the only place to go!

On more than one occasion I thanked myself for my "brilliance" in selecting WLG for my divorce representation because of meeting Ms. Erin B. Brueche, Esq after meeting with several other legal firms. When my husband broke the verbal agreement to split 50/50 of two properties after 30 years of marriage, I was confused and panicked. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who needs a divorce attorney. Erin and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always promptly act upon my case and respond to any questions I might have. I am very fortunate to find a truly professional team to help me fight this battle without hassle.

When my parents first decided to split, I was seriously concerned about whether my mother would be able to defend her rights to her division of assets, especially given her history of passivity and conflict avoidance. As soon as we met Erin Brueche, I knew that my concerns would be assuaged with such a competent, empathetic, and efficient team behind her. Erin and Stephanie were courteous, professional, understanding, responsive, and practical in all our correspondences. the worst I would have done better walking in to court just say yes to everything and save the money on Legal fees. would not recommend this firm at all , this was my opinion. stay away

Sometimes, going through a divorce feels like being an NFL quarterback being hit from behind and knocked to the ground. It's so important to have an advocate who understands the New Jersey Family law process thoroughly and can give his clients hope and confidence. Greg Hajdu-Nemeth from Weinberger was my whole offensive and defensive line in one. I felt that we were a team and felt secure that he had my backside through the complicated process of divorce. When it came time to face my ex-Spouse and her attorney, Greg was right on the case and his quick thinking made sure that I was treated fairly. I went to Weinberger, because they are the rising star in New Jersey Family law. Greg H did an awesome job.

I'd just like to take a moment to thank Veronica Norgaard for her OUTSTANDING work she did in my very complicated divorce (we had 3rd party defendants). Veronica truly went over, above and beyond for me (e.g. answering e-mails in the middle of the night, always returning/picking up my calls, knowing my case inside and out, answering all of my questions and making me comfortable when I wasn't) . She not only met my expectations, she, by far, exceeded them. I will forever be grateful to her, and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in the same position.
