Janet provided good counsel. I would recommend working with her in getting a prenuptial agreement. She was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive.

I feel like a divorce is a divorce now and it doesn’t matter how you got there and neither does NJ laws. Whatever the law is it is and these lawyers don’t fight to have it go in your favor when it should have. They promise things at the consultation but it turns out they don’t fight hard and in the end it’s whatever because this the the way it’s been so you have to accept it. In the end you just get fed up spending your money. Go to a mediator first and fight for yourself. It’s all give and take, back and forth until you both have an agreement, you and your ex anyway. I will say they do all the paperwork that gets turned into the court.

Erin Brueche was an amazing lawyer. I was going through a custody issue where I wanted to relocate my children out of state and she helped me see that through. What I love about her and the firm is that they don’t waste your time or money. She always found ways to help me save money and also out of the box solutions to help the overall situation. It’s hard to know where to even begin to convey how I feel about my divorce attorney, Erin Brueche, of Weinberger Law Group. I did an extensive, almost 6-month search, but from the moment my two adult daughters and I met Erin, I knew she was “The One” I wanted to represent me in filing for divorce. She understood the emotions involved in a divorce and, at times, listened to me vent as a friend would, even talking me off the ledge once or twice. She always had my back, and I instinctively knew it, which put me at ease and comfortable in moving forward. I trust her implicitly and her recommendations for a forensic accountant and mediator were top notch, and I came away quite satisfied with the settlement I received. Honestly? I didn’t want to go through lawyers for my divorce, but sure glad I did! And so pleased I hired Weinberger Law Group! What started as an amicable divorce became a real battle as my ex wife’s attorney was really aggressive and wound her up. My lawyer fought hard for my rights, and ran rings around the other lawyer. She schooled her completely, and my ex getting an aggressive lawyer actually backfired on her. My lawyer worked everything out in my favor, I got a better settlement than I was expecting, am not paying as much as I thought I would have to, and we have a great joint custody arrangement that totally works in my favor. You go through a lot when you divorce, but having the right team fighting for you makes all the difference, Highly recommend Weinberger Law Group - a team of tough lawyers who actually care about their clients!
