There is not a defense attorney on the planet I would rather having defending me than Michael Grasso. He has never once given me bad counsel and or not got back to me in a timely manner when I needed advice. Even on weekends and Holidays!!!
He is dependable and always seems to have a creative, out of the box answer to solve unsolvable situations. I would highly recommend this guy.

I, as well as my family, 100% recommend Mr. Grasso to anyone in need of a defense lawyer! He kept my daughter out of jail even when all other lawyers said "no jail time is highly unlikely"! Mr. Grasso beat the odds on her case! He beat her Post Conviction Relief case against the State of NJ (in Supreme Court at that!). Beware of Michael Grasso. Make sure you read your retainer agreement. Do not let him ask you for more money after you pay him his retainer fee. He will try to shame you into giving him more money. He is known around Freehold for this type of practice.
