William Varian is a top class professional with the experience to back it up. William helped me though an unfortunate situation. With no experience myself, I was nervous and unsure of the road ahead. But I was quickly put at ease. William was extremely patient, very thorough and made sure I understood all of my options. He was always available and very responsive. To top it off, he has a great sense of humor. (I know humor isn’t important when looking for an attorney but like I said, when going through an unfortunate situation, it’s nice to have someone to lift your spirits). I will recommend William and his firm to everyone I know and will always be grateful for his expertise.

William Varian is an incredible estate planning lawyer, he has helped me really understand how important it is to have someone like him make sure all of the details, that you don't even know exist, are addressed before you really need them. So many people think they can go online and do a will or a trust on their own, don't do it! I used William and I am so happy I did.

When I received my settlement check as the seller it was $20k short and had the incorrect address which caused Fed EX to call me . Investment Title (IT)then claimed my attorney was holding the $20k check when in fact IT was holding the check.IT then overnighted the check to me to what was the incorrect address again.When I called IT to have them correct error, I received the check tow days later and the street name was still incorrect.
