Nick resolved one legal matter for me years ago and I've gone to him for business consultations multiple times since. Each of those experiences has been perfect, to the point whenever someone in my personal life has a legal issue, I send them to Nick.

We had the pleasure of having Nick represent my wife in a very serious matter where a DWI was alleged. The penalty would have been 6 months of jail time and all sorts of other things. Nick was able to scrutinize the discovery and find flaws in the state's case--enough that the prosecutor decided to drop that charge and my wife pleaded to a lesser charge which kept her out of jail. He even fought to try to have them drop that charge, but the prosecutor wouldn't. All in all, we are happy with the outcome. Personality-wise, Nick takes a keen interest in his clients and values them as individuals. You would think you were talking to a long-time friend. He listens carefully to you, appraises the legal angles of everything in your case, and in his own prosecutorial experience is able to make a good assessment of how the case can/will go. We were so pleased that we are going to use him anytime we may have other matters that arise. You can't go wrong when your attorney is a real human being with a heart.

Nick was an exceptional attorney. He was very professional and I think being an ex-prosecutor helps with the relationships he has developed during his career... he knew everyone in the courthouse at my hearing. He was very well-spoken when presenting my case as well, a lot better than the other attorneys that represented other clients. Highly recommend using his services.

I have worked with Mr. Moschella on 1 previous case and have retained him for another case. I first hired him for a custody battle with my ex-wife. We were hoping to settle things through mediation but were unsuccessful, so had we had to appear in front of a judge several times. My wife and I hired Mr. Moschella to be our attorney for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. In a very hectic process, Mr. Moschella was was anything but that. He was always prompt, informative, knowledgeable, relatable, and most importantly, PROFESSIONAL. When agents, brokers, and others would have us feel there were reasons that the deal would fall through, Mr. Moschella was always our voice of reason to inform us of exactly what the situation actually was, and give us the confidence to move forward. After the closing of our new home we realized we were given the improper surveys. Since everyone had already been paid nobody seemed to care much. One call to Mr. Moschella and the problem was solved. He told us he would take care of it and like every other time he said that he delivered. He contacted the sellers lawyer, went to the title company himself, and personally hand delivered the correct surveys. I highly recommend Mr. Moschella.
