Living out of State, Mr. Ducey represented me in a claim against my PIP insurance company in New Jersey. He was very thorough in collecting all relevant information and extremely familiar with the rules of Forthright. New Jersey automobile insurance law requires that all automobile insurers provide those who are covered with the option of submitting a dispute concerning personal injury protection benefits to binding arbitration. My claim involved medical bills which were denied payment to the provider even though the insurance company had been paying them for years. Mr. Ducey presented my case in arbitration which resulted in a ruling concluding the claims and future claims involved in my complaint were medically necessary. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ducey and would use him again if needed.
