without much time given before my initial custody/family hearing ,alex came in and DELIVERED! i was pleased with his execution and would reccomend locally !

Peter helped me to get a divorce over the past year. He was welcoming and knowledgeable and offered me professional legal advice right from the beginning. He made me feel extremely comfortable when dealing with something so uncomfortable to face. He was not only diligent, highly efficient, but also very responsive. His legal assistant Megan was very helpful and kind to me during such a tender time in my life. They both reached out to me with assistance and also with compassion throughout this experience. They helped make the process affordable when I felt like expenses were piling up to finish this whole process. When they found out I was struggling, they even offered a credit back on my bill. In life, we will face hard times, that's inevitable; but when we come across people who help you make it through those times and actually show compassion, that is VERY rare. With that being said, not only was everyone at the Branzino Lawfirm very professional, but they actually care and go out of their way for their clients. Peter and his assistant Megan were wonderful. He was my divorce lawyer. He not only was very comfortable and approachable to talk to he was also very knowledgeable and professional. What stood out to me most, was towards the end of the divorce process I was getting frustrated with my ex husband and how expensive it was getting for me. I had been through my share of attorneys, pre and post divorce and always ended up disappointed. I used Peter for a post divorce matter and he was by far the most professional attorney I have ever encountered. He was quick in responding to emails, phone calls, and having documents ready. I was ADAMANT on being represented by a Family Court Lawyer and Alexander M. Jimenez took me by surprise and I was blown away! Over six years I've had underwhelming luck with parenting issues going through the justice system, even with representation (Non Family Court attorney). I was guided to compromise and agree upon some things that were not of much concern. Alexander represented me to the fullest, overtaking the opposition with facts and evidence to support my case. That took the defense by complete surprise. A process that took three hours of mediation... He makes it clear he's after the best interests of the child, period. Made a "deal" that benefited myself and was helping the defendant as well. I highly recommend Peter to anyone who is fighting for custody/ visition rights in family law. I live in NY and he took my case without any hesitiation. Answered all my questions and explained the process of how NJ family court works. Even though I was on the phone for our court hearings, he went above and beyond in my case and helped the judge see through the lies my sons father was saying.
