My immediate reaction after my first consultation with Rajeh was thinking how different he is from other lawyers who I interviewed. In addition to his superb legal knowledge, expertise and useful insights, he was attentive and supportive. Rajeh helped me understand how to file for change of custody, adjusting child support and other family related issues. Rajeh is always there to answer legal questions in a detailed yet concise manner and on time. He is patient and makes sure that I understand the issue and offer alternative solutions. As a senior citizen, I’ve gone through several previous real estate closing—five to be exact. Raj Saadeh handled my most recent real estate closing, my sixth. I only wish my previous real estate closings had been handled as superbly as Raj handled this one for me. I truly would have appreciated having someone as knowledgeable, insightful, respectful, trustworthy and caring as Raj to counsel me through the previous five. This most recent transaction presented me with several difficult decisions and Raj was always willing to discuss them, often providing a perceptive and astute perspective that I had not considered. Of utmost importance, Raj makes it a point to listen patiently to everything you have to say. He consistently copied me on all correspondence and promptly kept me informed of the status of matters. Notably, Raj did not relegate matters to a paralegal, which in one past transaction handled by a different attorney’s paralegal proved to quash the deal of a nearly full price offer on the sale of my property, ultimately resulting in the loss of a $47,000.00 unrealized gain due to the failed deal. Raj stays on top of matters and I have absolutely no doubt this previous failed deal would not have needlessly fallen apart if Raj had represented me in that sale. I always felt Raj interacted with me and counseled me as if I were a family member or a close friend. I would not hesitate for one second to ask him to represent me again in any future legal matter—I regard myself as his client for life. I found Raj to be absolutely first rate, truly everything I could have wanted in my attorney. I certainly consider it my good fortune to have found such a truly superb attorney and I would recommend Raj without hesitation.

Rajeh was extremely helpful with a recent case of mine in which he represented me. Raj made every laborious process of buying a home easy and worry-free. When we had questions along the way, he took the time to fully explain the situation to us, and even took our call from the mall on Christmas Eve. I hired Raj for a complicated real estate case twice. Both times he was beyond my expectations. He made the complications so simple, and worked it all out. In my other case, I had an attorney who was taking too long, so I fired him. Later, on very short notice, I called Raj. He quickly did all the documents and other required tasks and got it done before the deadline I had. He is naturally very intelligent and confident/aggressive, just the right qualities clients look for in an attorney. He always answers my emails very quickly, even on weekends/holidays. He is very efficient and easy to work with. Other attorneys I have worked with take so much time to do any task, and they reply my call or email after many days. I would like to take all my litigations to Raj in the future. I strongly recommend him. Very professional and a very effective writer, if you need letters written. He has got the knowledge and skills equivalent of an attorney of 20 yrs in my opinion. He is young, full of energy, vibrant, and enthusiastic, unlike those old, slow-poke, burnt out attorneys who dont want to be disturbed with extra questions. He has a very friendly staff that is also very efficient and helpful.
