Absolutely would recommend Sameer to everyone who needs his services. I worked with him for my mother’s green card after being overwhelmed with trying to do everything on my own. My husband and I had a consultation with him and then immediately decided that we wanted him to handle everything going forward. I had never worked with a lawyer before and I was really intimidated and anxious at first but I am really happy we chose him. He and his team are professional, friendly, easygoing and really made us feel like family. We know that this is his job but he never once made us feel like he only wanted our money and never pressured us with anything. He and his team were prompt in their responses over the phone and through e-mail and I never had an issue needing to get in contact with him. He walked us through every step of the way from the moment we walked in the door to the moment my mother got her green card and he made everything really easy to understand. I genuinely never thought I would be able to complete this process for my mom but Sameer took all of the weight off of my shoulders. Me and my fiance needed only a consultation, and Sameer made us feel like he was our lawyer for years. The price was a bit pricey but it totally worth it. Sameer wanted to know every detail of our case, and even stayed a lot longer over time in order to get all of our questions answered. So far we didn't filed our process yet, but we have no doubt about who our lawyer is gonna be.

Please DO read similar horrific reviews from others! Yes, I left them a good Google review originally when my case began and I was excited about the enthusiasm of the attorney they assigned to my case. BUT, just a day before the court appearance with the judge, Branca, left the firm unexpectedly due to a family emergency and they sent a SUBSTITUTE first year Attorney who was unfamiliar with my case While this was unforseen and unfortunate, my critical information was in the mind of the first attorney, and they should have credited me for most of the 10k retainer... not try to take additional money for a case where they did nearly nothing, gave incorrect information to the judge, and made things worse! The fill-in did his best considering he just met me, but didn't even say my name correctly When Law Office of Rajeh Sadeh failed at getting any pendente lite or legal fees for me, they quit saying now I have no money to continue paying them and they kept the 10,000 retainer and SUED ME for an additional 25,000 hoping to get a judgement against me knowing I had no money to defend myself. I believe this is criminal (FABRICATING BILLS) and some are attached here and show no details of work performed on the bills! They DID nothing, NOT EVEN BASIC depositions or INTERROGATORIES! I'm still settling myself now after being left homeless to live in my van because of this! I wound up doing a fundraiser and found a terrific lawyer who took over, helped me get my divorce SETTLED with for ONLY $5,500 Then I had to file for bankruptcy and all pending litigation by this firm had to STOP due to that I hope to file complaints with proper associations, ethics board and the bar association when I can My divorce involved NO kids or property... it was a 10,000 retainer, then additional $700 There was a business but due to domestic financial violence all was taken I am a survivor domestic violence of every kind, they all go hand in hand. I was hoping for pendente lite and some form of restorative payments He kicked an abused woman when she was down! He knew I wouldn't be able to pay his fabricated bills nor be able to defend myself and he would get a judgement to take the money from me just when I would finally be able to recover from my situation Don't let yourself be one! STAY AWAY! This is the very least I can do to prevent future abuse. I believe they are money churners...OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE SAID SAME Regarding the response left by Rajeh...it did NOT involve property because there was no property or business left; It was stolen (clients and money) leaving me with just some contents in the house which I sold to pay RAJEH 10K IN CASH Rajeh said "maybe I can buy your curved TV" which was ultimately sold for 2,500 2018) I find it disgusting that the Law Office of Rajeh A. Sadeh responded to my review by disclosing my full name that I had completely changed when my divorce became final in 2022. After abuse, and need to distance myself from perpetrator, it's horrific for them to release my name which no one would have otherwise known to look up public record The record shows no property, business or children; It DOES show the perpetrator's PAUL RUITENBERG) previous divorce and you can see he did the same thing to his wife before me This law firm said it was "public record" however when I was using a different name on my review no one would have known my name or my perpetrator's name but they have actually taken liberty to show unprofessionalism and possibly put me in danger This firm said they will sue me for this, however THERE IS NO SLANDER IN THE TRUTH. they should APOLOGIZE to me instead,maybe THEN I would consider removing this review I have been seeing a trauma and domestic violence counselor at the Coalition for Rape and Abuse in Cape May County and trying to recover Check my other reviews to see how often I don't recommend something or someone.
