Unprofessional and predatory billing practices. My family was quoted a rate for a foreclosure of around 15,000, and the price nearly doubled. The day before filing foreclosure, the law office demanded payment for services or they would refuse to file documents my family had already paid over $25,000 for. We were then charged over $12,000 in late fees during the time we sought arbitration to clarify the unreasonableness of these fees. An arbitrator found many of their fees unreasonable - including fees for reading a blank email, and 5% flat fee for expenses without any justification. Would not recommend - please BEWARE

I hired this firm in January 23 2024. Ended up with a wonderful attorney. Paid my retainers. On 04/01/2024 I receive a message that my attorney is No Longer with the Firm. I decided to stay with my attorney. On 04/05/2024, The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh filed a motion in the family court, this debt was 2 months old and I had already paid $5000 in retainer fees. On 05/13/2024, The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh filed a Civil Suit!!! Give me a break! They were paid 5K already and could easily obtain the charging lien for the divorce settlement. A little too much, too soon, not to mention I had to ask 3 times to have duplicate charges removed from an invoice. Total balance is around $7500, but now they also are adding legal fees for the motion and the law suit. Maybe they should worry about getting new customers instead of trying to jack up old customer's bills. Unreal!!! Unfortunately for this firm, my review is not deceptive, 100% accurate, and certainly not unfair. I could post all of the communications, bills, motions, etc., if they prefer. Perhaps they’ll threaten me with a lawsuit as they did against the other negative reviews…lol

Daniel was extremely helpful and straight forward with my case. The outcome of the case saved me a lot of trouble and money. He’s very understanding and gives you and your case the attention required to make sure you are satisfied with his results. 10/10 recommend and will definitely use him in the future if needed

I don’t think this is a real law firm. I tried to call Lindsay and she won’t even call me back and they filed a lawsuit that they have no information on. I wish she would just at least call me back and explain what it’s about.
