My family and I worked with Attorney Leena Patel and we can't recommend her enough! We had a tight closing date for our home, and she worked extremely hard for us to make it happen. She is an expert at what she does, she has excellent listening and communication skills and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Her rates are affordable and fair and she delivers excellent work. We have worked with many lawyers in the past, but would consider her the best real estate attorney in all of NJ, maybe even the tri-state area. Her firm is not kidding when they say "we are known for our integrity and dedication to professional legal representation, and our clients receive our undivided attention and benefits from our tireless efforts on their behalf" on their website. Every word is true. You can stop your search RIGHT NOW and contact them immediately, trust me you won't regret it. We whole-heartedly recommend her.

I won't suggest this law firm, I had bitter experiences with Leena Patel who colluded with Coldwell Banker Real Estate agent. If you go with Coldwell Banker Real Estate agent don't prefer an attorney suggested by them. When you go through any problem in process of buying the property they don't respond to your calls or emails. Especially, if seller agent is also from Coldwell Banker Real Estate. I strongly don't recommend both Esakoff, Jaggi, Patel, LLC. and Coldwell Banker Real Estate. I don't want to give even one star but there was no option to publish this post. I wish my experience will help you not to be a victim of these people.

Leena was exceptional to work with. She was very responsive and offered guidance every step of the way of what became a challenging real estate transaction. She is very knowledgeable and it was apparent that she has depth of experience. We were grateful for all of her due diligence since it saved us from what could have been very costly mistakes. Since we do not purchase property very often, having someone to guide us the way she did was invaluable. We cannot thank her enough! We highly recommend her.

Leena R. Patel was our lawyer for a recent condo we purchased in Bridgewater. I would like to thank Leena Patel and her staff in handling my first time home buying experience with her law firm. Her and her staff were very polite and very professional. She responded on every email that I had questions and concerns and I got answers. She even took the time to explain to me page by page about some documents I received from the seller, lender, home inspector and appraiser, which by the way it was on her spare time to answer all of my concerns about those documents.
