Mr. Rajeh, Lindsay McKollip and Dana were more than great handling my divorce case. In the initial consultation, Mr. Rajeh made sure that I understand how things will go forward and what to expect. An incredibly bad, unfriendly and incompetent telephone operator. We have decided to avoid this law firm already because of this experience. Even expensive advertising does not help to cover up this incompetence.

I would not suggest my friends and family this law firm- based on my recent real estate transaction experience. Without first discussing with me Saadeh reintroduced the inspection clause (that I had waived) and other changes in the rider and sent to the seller directly. The rider was also 45 paragraphs long. This pushed the seller away and I eventually lost the deal. Saadeh would’ve been fully aware this could be detrimental to the deal. Nothing was apparently wrong with the unit. Having spoken to a few attorneys now, all of them said they discuss the proposed changes to a contract before sending to the other party. Not this firm! When I asked them about it- Their response to me was-“ check the retainer you had signed. We mention it there how we work”.In the current market when there are many offers on a property and are hard to get them accepted. Changing a crucial part of the offer, long rider annoyed the seller’s side. Secondly, there was an issue with timing and responsiveness. seller’s attorney responded to Saadeh’s rider on the same day it was sent. (Saying it was unacceptable). Saadeh’s law office didn’t forward that response to me until the following day afternoon (>23 hours later). When it’s a concerning response I should’ve been intimated immediately. This felt deliberate on Saadeh’s part. I couldn’t speak with Saadeh until the third day since the seller’s party responded to our rider. This was in weekday. In the current market when time is crucial, this delay was also detrimental for the transaction. Thirdly, they asked me to review the riders and comments from both sides and then ask if I had any questions. They were long. I am not a legal expert. A layman’s overview is what I would’ve appreciated. I couldn’t help but feel that this firm is just going for volume. Killing the deal would have been more beneficial for them in terms of saving them time and still get part of their fee. Saadeh charged me a retainer of $500 upfront. If the transaction gets rejected sooner they still keep their $500 and Gives them more time for their next customer. Many customers are lured by their 4.8 star review I imagine. All other lawyers I spoke with said they ask for payment at closing. Not This office. I really hope this review helps people find a good attorney not blinded by the stars in the review.. Also, Raaj Saadeh are not exclusive real estate law firms- divorce, criminal and real estate.
