This law firm represented the seller on a property I tried to purchase, horrible communication didn’t help in getting any of the documents. My lawyer had to do everything, over charge seller for a little to no work. I received a letter for an interview to remove conditions. If anyone knows this process, then you'll know, you need an attorney, just to be safe. I contacted Mr. Kumar, was very honest with him and in return, he was straight forward and honest as well. He informed me of how peculiar my case was, but told me it was possible. He guided me through a process that I had no idea was even possible. He made it clear that things should and would be done correctly and stood by this the entire time. In the midst of things, Covid-19 hit and my case was delayed for three additional years. The more complicated it became, the more resources Mr. Kumar was able to provide for me. When I became doubtful, upset and afraid, he remained frank yet reassuring. With the help of his colleagues, my case was approved and though it took 6 months to receive the physical card, Mr Kumar and his wonderful assistant Maryer kept in contact re any updates. For about 5 years, he never left me hanging. Even when I felt he forgot about me, that was the furthest thing from the truth. I do believe things happen for a reason, and of the many attorneys that came up on Google, there was a reason I chose Mr. Kumar.
