Contacting Casey was the best decision we could have made following our accident. Casey and his wonderful secretary, Colleen took a lot of the worry off of us and allowed us to focus on our recovery. He handled so many situations, emails and paperwork that arose following our accident. He put our minds at ease, allowing us to focus on our recovery. Both Casey and Colleen were hard-working. They kept us informed regularly about our case and insurance issues by answering our emails and messages quickly. Casey was sympathetic to our medical conditions and needs and fought for us to get the treatments that we needed. We never felt like just another case to him. I had the pleasure of working with Casey and Edward on a Worker’s Comp Injury claim, and a civil claim as well. You should know these things do not happen overnight, but both were extremely helpful and punctual throughout everything. Leaving 5 stars because I can’t leave six! I never want to get hurt at work again; but if I do Ed will be my first phone call. Ed took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. From day one Ed set realistic expectations and kept me well informed as to the status of my case as I endured my recovery process. I never once felt like I was just some case number/file; the sympathy and empathy were present the entire time. So, if you are ever injured give Ed a call; it will be the best decision you can make! I received great service and a great outcome from Casey Colonna at Smith Magram. I was hit by a car while far from my home state. Casey worked with two insurance companies (my insurer and the company that insured the person who hit me) and Medicare to get me compensated for my injuries in a very short time (less than a year). I called last week & made an inquiry. I was told the firm did not take on the matter. Receptionist told me that a " partner " would call me back on Monday since he is leaving for the weekend. I previously used Mr. Smith years ago & he retired. I never received a call back like the Receptionist told me I would for other Attorneys. Bad business......

I read the reviews on this firm and they were pretty descent. This is the reason why I recommended a family member to them. The experience my family member had with this firm was just disgusting the staff here is very rude and not compassionate at all. Things weren't explained as they should if you're hiring an attorney. Also, the lawyers here are very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls, they don't keep you abreast of your case status or anything in that nature. If I could give this firm a -10 stars, I would. "I do not recommend this firm to anyone that cares about their case" I am so sorry to my family member that I recommended this no-good law firm in the first place.
