Mark represented me as the seller in a real estate closing. I was impressed with his responsiveness and demeanor during a transaction which at times became a bit contentious. He was fair and level-headed, helping to close out the transaction as quickly as it could close.

Mark is very tentative during the property purchasing process. He is very thorough and answer all my questions during the process and provided me with valuable information with different banks for mortgages. When I run into challenges in appraisal report, he was able to share useful knowledge obtained working with other clients which really help me through the finish line. He's very accommodating of the closing schedule. The closing couldn't happened as scheduled and he was able to coordinate with the seller and seller's attorney with short notice.
