In 2007 I brought a malpractice case to this person. For 3 years he sat on the case and do NOTHING. To the point of almost getting my case thrown out because I wasn't told that I had a court date. He even had the nerve to ask if he should sue because he had a hernia operation also. I said no because his Dr. didn't screw up his hernia surgery causing him more than a weeks worth of pain, because the surgeon did nothing to help and he didn't lose a testicle. I later learned that him and the surgeon who had botched my surgery were family friends. Of course he is rated highly by his peers, he wins cases because he takes the easiest of cases. If I had to do it again, I would NEVER go to this attorney or his law firm.
