I have known Dan Snyder for over 15 years, both as an attorney, peer and friend. No one works harder to achieve the best possible results for their clients. As a wonderful family man, he knows how important it is to get his clients the justice and compensation they deserve to make life for them, and their families easier. Let me explain very quickly before you look at all the other reviews of lawyers that are out there I'm starting to really understand why people think that they are the scum of the Earth and the games that they play I don't know which is worse insurance companies or law firms but to get to what I'm talking about my case was dropped from a serious car accident and I was uninformed how to adapt and how to work out any problems that were occurring they should have just told me up front that they weren't interested in the case and that my injuries weren't serious enough for them to handle but I had an accident occur and I know people that have had little or no injury at all and it made thousands of dollars so if you want to waste your time with the law firm that will give you the runaround you'll just be talking to assistance and voicemails all day then come here I've had a better time talking to my dog or taking them for a walk and picking up after them after the way I was treated as a no one the coming here instead of handling it like a man and calling me they send me a certified letter in the mail after a year of wasting my freaking time go somewhere else

Not every case are the same or the people they are working with to me sad and angry never take a case against any casinos in Atlantic City if you have a case against them do a research first and use a different law firm

Positive: Professionalism, Cordial, Knowledgeable, An amazing law firm when it comes to personal injury! Had a near fatal accident earlier this year and after the accident I had no idea how to navigate my situation or how to go about getting the other party to pay for my injuries, damages and loss of wages. After reaching out to the law firm, I was advised on what to do, followed their instructions and David Kouser and the firm took care of it. I always got timely updates via phone. Whenever I called I always got an answer and all my questions were always answered as well! Overall the law firm helped me get a great settlement and took care of me through the whole process!
