Dan Snyder is excellent! The support staff, Donna and Bernadette, make you feel like family. I highly recommend this firm!

DO NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE!! Particularly Jeremy Lindemann. If you have a Workers Compensation case you would be well served to use a different law firm. My. Lindemann’s paralegal, Theresa is very rude and will not show any shame in letting you know that you are to concerned with vital details of your case. Case in point, Today I called the office to check on the status of my settlement check and Theresa went out of her way to make a mockery out of my situation. This firm has been paid for there services but my settlement check is 2 months past the deadline. I have repeatedly asked that a motion be filed on my behalf by Mr. Lindemann. On several occasions he has stated that he would file a motion on behalf but has not. I have my case files and there is no indication that this office has done anything I asked in regards to getting my settlement check to me. Stupidly I, referred my fiancé to Daniel Snyder for an MVA and they did not give her case the time of day. Do yourself a favor and find a law firm that values even the small cases and values communication with clients. I have sent Daniel Snyder emails for case file reviews and he hasn’t even responded. What kind of professional does this. You will find out that if your case isn’t a large case you will not even get the common courtesy of a phone call. On top of it all they want an escalated percentage of the settlement value. Go figure. This firm is a den of thieves.

Very good law office

My last car accidents has many thing tat I have to face like what happen in past accicdents and what hapen to me in the US Army. Mr. Kouser office is working on top of thing and tell what I might happen. I like this I have ffriends that had lawyers that told them they would get the world and end with a very small $.
