I have been working with Elizabeth Berenato for over 2.5 yrs. She was referred to me from Smith Magram after they stopped working on all disability claims. Elizabeth has worked tirelessly on my case and has kept informed on what was needed from me and my doctors. I thought I could apply for social security on my own and breeze through the process. After being denied my neighbor told me about Bross & Frenkel, so I gave them a call. Mr. Bross called me directly and took on my case. I was never pressured about anything and all of the paperwork was done through the mail or email. I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home. I was told about the wait time, but I will admit I did get impatient. Its frustrating, yes, but Mr. Bross does call back and he works through it with you. I had my final hearing much quicker than most. Jennifer Stoneage was my attorney for the hearing and she couldn't have been nicer. She explained everything before and after the hearing. My emails were answered right away. I highly recommend this law firm because they understand that we are already frustrated because of our conditions, but they remain professional and patient!
