Steve is extremely professional and responsive. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great deal of expertise dealing with serious traffic offenses. I was able to reach a positive outcome with Steve's assistance. He was also flexible with the payment arrangements and I am grateful for his understanding. I can not express how grateful I am to have finally found Ross and Tony. My only regret is that I did not find them when I first began an unfamiliar journey through the county legal system. Steven was knowledgeable, kind, and reasonable. He took the time to e-mail and call me or reply to my emails and calls the same day (usually within a few hours at the most). He was able to ease my worries durning a stressful time. He was also kind and caring. And when all was said and done, he gave me a substantial discount on our original agreed cost. I ended up using a different lawyer in the end, but, while calling for a consultation Steve was very knowledgeable, very very helpful, and he initially offered the best price. The only reason I went with someone else is because the other lawyer lowered their price from 1,500 to 750 for my small case, slightly lower than what Steve offered, just because I told them the 1,500 they expected me to pay was ridiculous and I'd be going to Steve. He seemed like a great honest guy and talked to me like a father would. He could tell I was scared and clueless and was respectful and reassuring.
