Ben is a very capable attorney and who enjoys what he does. He has a very good reputation in the community and, because of his representation, I was able to achieve a favorable result.

We were involved in a personal injury situation. Ben and his firm were recommended to us by another trusted attorney. My husband sustained injuries that totaled our truck, appearing over time. (The other driver was ticketed at the time of the accident). As a result, my husband started with generalized pain, numbness, short-term memory loss and strength loss. After initially contacting Folkman Law we were uncovering more mental/health issues that my husband was dealing with and the effects not only to him but to our family. Ben's team were most patient and accommodating as we were steadily getting reports of the deeper issues he was suffering. I had taken on increasing responsibility to manage our life as my husband's frustrations increased. Our "two year" journey for a diagnosis turned into four. When we were literally at our collective ends of the rope; physically, financially, emotionally.
