My wife and I owned a large successful Powersports dealership for over 20 years, but in 2008 we were negatively effected by the downturn in the economy,we hung in for a few years after 2008 but had to make a very difficult decision to close the store. We were heartbroken to be putting close to 30 people including my wife and myself out of work. I searched for an attorney to help us through this very trying time, and was very impressed the first time I met with David Kasen. I had concerns that do to the size of the dealership the process to wind it down would be a nightmare. David is a very knowledgeable attorney and did a great job, he helped to guide us through this trying time, he has the right mix of compassion and knowledge. I would highly recommended both David and his daughter Jenny to anyone that need help with complex legal issues.

I first met Steven Traub through a friend many years ago. I was young at the time and I was very nervous about meeting my first lawyer. It couldn't have gone any better. Steven Traub was such and easy going and nice guy. He made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Its been almost 10 years now and I use Steven Traub for everything. Many years ago I had the misfortune of having to file bankruptcy and a friend of mine guided me to David Kasen. I was extremely impressed with his attentiveness, always answering the phone for important questions and never too busy to call me with important developments. Mr. David Kasen and his daughter, Jenny Kasen, represented me quite well, in Bankruptcy Court. I was very satisfied with all their expert guidance, knowledge, and work upon my behalf. The paperwork was impeccable. Further, the Trustee of the Court, who judged my case, was/is the toughest of the group. We were dealing with quite a controlling, harsh, angry, judgmental, critical, and self-righteous individual. I felt that Ms Kasen, who actually handled my case, was very effective with said trustee. Eventually, we were able to satisfy this trustee, obtaining the Bankruptcy.
